🔹 Return Shipping Cost ✅ Defective / broken / wrong item → We cover return shipping ❌ Change-of-mind return → Buyer pays all return shipping. Original shipping fee is non-refundable.

🔹 Refund Workflow Email us BEFORE sending items back. We will send return instructions. Once we receive & inspect returned goods, refund will be processed in 3–7 business days to your original payment method. The arrival time depends on your bank.

🔹 Non-Returnable Goods Hygiene-related disposable items & custom personalized products cannot be returned.

🔹 Broken / Missing Items Send photos of package & damaged goods within 7 days after delivery, we will arrange replacement or refund.

🔹 Order Cancellation You can cancel order BEFORE shipment. Once shipped, you need to apply return after receiving parcel.
